Poppy and Sage Studio – Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: July 18, 2025

Welcome to Poppy and Sage Studio. By registering for classes, participating in activities, or entering our premises, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. General Policies
All students and visitors must treat instructors, staff, and fellow dancers with respect and kindness.
Poppy and Sage Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for behavior deemed unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful.
Class schedules and instructors are subject to change without notice.

2. Registration & Payment
Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment or an approved payment plan.
Tuition is due in advance of the session or on time as outlined in your approved payment plan. Late payments may incur a fee of $25.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our cancellation policy.

3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing 3 days before the start of a session to be eligible for a refund, minus a $20 administrative fee.
Missed classes are non-refundable and non-transferable. Make-up classes may be offered at the studio’s discretion.

4. Class Attendance & Participation
Students should arrive on time, dressed appropriately, and ready to participate.
Poppy and Sage Studio is not responsible for injuries due to tardiness or failure to follow instructions.
The studio reserves the right to remove a student from class for non-compliance with safety or behavioral expectations.

5. Health & Safety
Students must disclose any relevant medical conditions or physical limitations.
In case of illness, injury, or suspected exposure to a contagious disease, please stay home.
Emergency contact information must be provided and kept up to date.

6. Liability Waiver
By participating in our classes or programs, you agree to release Poppy and Sage Studio, its owners, instructors, and staff from any liability for injuries, accidents, or other issues that may arise from participation, whether on or off studio premises.

7. Photo & Video Release
Unless you notify us in writing, you grant Poppy and Sage Studio permission to use photos and videos taken during classes or events for promotional purposes, including on social media, website, and print materials.

8. Code of Conduct
No bullying, discrimination, or harassment will be tolerated.
Mobile phones must be silenced and not used during class unless otherwise permitted.
Parents and guardians are expected to supervise their children when not in class.

9. Weather & Emergency Closures
In the event of inclement weather or other emergencies, Poppy and Sage Studio will notify registered participants via email or text and post updates on our website/social media.
Classes canceled due to weather may be rescheduled but are not guaranteed.

10. Changes to Terms
Poppy and Sage Studio reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and effective immediately upon publication.

By registering for classes or participating in studio activities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
